Lookout! Records Closing

Lookout! Records will be gradually shutting its doors over the next few months.

The Berkeley, Calif.-based record company was home to acts like Green Day, Rancid, Operation Ivy and Alkaline Trio, but has not released any material since 2005, when it ended its relationship with Green Day.
