Fair Lawsuit Tossed

A lawsuit filed by witnesses of the Indiana State Fair stage collapse has been dropped.

One witness, Angela Fisher, said she was traumatized from watching her boyfriend jump into action to help victims, according to WXIN-TV.

Attorneys for the case withdrew it citing lack of evidence to support their claims.

The lawsuit was reportedly met with initial outrage when it was filed because critics thought it was a piggyback lawsuit that cheapened the cases of real victims.
