Whitney Houston Tribute Planned

Jennifer Hudson is expected to pay tribute to Whitney Houston tonight at the Grammys.

“It was a big shock when the news hit,” Grammy executive producer Ken Ehrlich told USA Today. “We’re definitely going to do something, but in some ways it’s too fresh and too early to do a full-blown tribute.”

Erlich said he was on the phone with host LL Cool J several times since Houston’s death was announced yesterday.

“He’s trying to see what exactly he’ll say, but I’m glad he’s able to do so,” Ehrlich said
