Orgy’s Bad Blood Tour
The multi-platinum electronic rock band formed in 1997 in Los Angeles and put out its debut studio effort, Candyass, in 1998. The album features the hit singles “Stitches” and the New Order cover “Blue Monday,” along with the tune “Revival,” featuring Jonathan Davis of Korn. After releasing Vapor Transmission in 2000 and Punk Statik Paranoia in 2004, Orgy went on hiatus. The band’s most recent tour was in 2004, which was followed by a few one-off dates in June 2005.
The new incarnation of Orgy features founding member Jay Gordon and a new group of musicians hand-selected by the vocalist. The band includes guitarist Carlton Bost (formerly with Deadsy) guitarist Ashburn Miller (also from Deadsy), bassist Nick Speck (from Run-Run-Run and George Lynch) and drummer Jamie Miller (formerly with Snot, The Start and … And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead).
Orgy has been busy working in the studio on new material, including a collaboration with Skrillex.

The “Bad Blood Tour” begins at Richmond’s Craneway Pavilion Feb. 18. Dates are booked through an April 2 show in Tempe, Ariz., at The Clubhouse Music Venue.
Stops along the route include Las Vegas at the Aruba Hotel & Spa Feb.19; Chicago’s Bottom Lounge Feb. 24; Minneapolis’ First Avenue Feb. 26; New York City’s Irving Plaza March 6; Little Rock, Ark., at the Revolution Music Room March 13; and Tacoma, Wash., at the Backstage Bar March 29.
The tour features support from Faultline, One-Eyed Doll, The Attitude and various local bands.
