Insomniac Cuts Down Orange Show

Insomniac Events has promised to scale down the size of an upcoming concert at the National Orange Events Center in San Bernardino, Calif., in response to noise complaints.

“Beyond Wonderland 2012” is expected to attract as many as 40,000 attendees to the state-owned venue March 17, and local residents expressed concerns over noise during a recent community meeting. A September concert at the venue brought a spike in complaints.

A spokeswoman for Insomniac told the Contra Costa Times the promoter will use a smaller tent and speakers for the upcoming show.
