TM Case Goes To Court

The Arkansas Supreme Court was expected at press time to hear oral arguments in the case of an Arkadelphia man who said he was charged nearly $50 in fees when he bought four concert tickets through Ticketmaster.

Corey McMillan sued Ticketmaster and Live Nation last year after he bought four tickets to see Jason Aldean.

McMillan attorneys claim TM is violating Arkansas’ law on deceptive trade practices and are seeking class-action status.

TM attorneys claim the law prohibits ticket scalping and does not apply to the primary ticketing company.
