Set for April 22 at NYC’s Roseland Ballroom, this year’s Family Day will feature Train playing an intimate acoustic set that is sure to include songs from the band’s upcoming album, California 37, which lands in stores April 17.

Family Day will also include a DJ set by Cobra Starship and a performance by Ariana Grande, aka “Cat Valentine” on Nickelodeon’s “Victorious.”

But honoring Train for its various charity projects is only part of Family Day’s agenda. Crush Management, which handles Train and Cobra Starship and counts Fall Out Boy and Gym Class Heroes among the acts on its roster, will also be in the spotlight.

Who will receive the Crush Management accolades? That would be founding partners Bob McLynn and Jonathan Daniel.

But charity is the main focus of Family Day with the event providing a full day of games, carnival activities and live performances to raise money for leukemia, cancer and AIDS research.
