Touring in support of his Take Care album, the Live Nation-promoted “Club Paradise Tour” launches on the Left Coast in Concord, Calif., at the Sleep Train Amphitheatre May 7. However, there is a caveat – J. Cole will not be on the tour opener.

After playing Southern California’s Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine May 8, the tour heads eastward, stopping in Phoenix at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion May 10; Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena May 11; Denver at the Comfort Dental Amphitheatre May 13; and New Mexico at the Hard Rock Casino Albuquerque Presents The Pavilion May 14. 

Other destinations Raleigh, N.C., at the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek May 22; Clarkston, Mich., north of Detroit at the DTE Energy Music Theatre May 30; Noblesville, Ind., near Indianapolis at the Klipsch Music Center June 1 and Jones Beach, N.Y., at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater June 16. The Boston area will be the final stop when the tour rolls into Mansfield’s Comcast Center June 17.
