LMFAO Malaysia Postponed To April

LMFAO was forced to postpone its March 29 concert at the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, due to a back injury sustained by member SkyBlu.

Though the injury, which involves three herniated discs, will mean SkyBlu will be out of action indefinitely, his partner, RedFoo, and the rest of the LMFAO “Party Rock” crew will honor their commitments to their upcoming Asian tour.

The concert has been rescheduled for April 9, according to local promoters JS Concert Productions. All tickets purchased for the March 29 show will be honored.

In other Malaysian concert news, Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussy Cat Dolls joined the K-pop juggernaut Girls Generation for the Twin Towers@Live 2012 concert in Kuala Lumpur March 23 as part of the celebration of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The concert was put together to replace the F1 Rocks show, which was canceled after headliner Kylie Minogue declined to appear due to a “contractual dispute.”

The Twin Towers show also featured American singer Kelis.
