Introducing The Watershed Music Festival

A new multiple-day country festival will take over the scenic Gorge Amphitheatre near George, Wash., in August with a lineup featuring Dierks Bentley, Kix Brooks, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton and more.

The Aug. 3-5 Watershed Festival marks the first time the venue has hosted a multiple-day country event. The festival gets its name from the area, which is a watershed for the Columbia River. Brought to you by Live Nation Entertainment and ACM promoter of the year Brian O’Connell, Watershed Festival will feature a limited capacity of 25,000, offering fans lawn terrace seating and premier camping options. The event promises late night sets, impromptu jam sessions, collaborations and more.

“The Gorge provides a feeling that is impossible to recreate anywhere else,” O’Connell said. “It is truly a magical place and provides the perfect setting for a cool, eclectic country event. We wanted to create something that didn’t exist, from the caliber of artists to the camping and the atmosphere. I’m excited to be a part of it and see it all come together.”

Here’s what the daily schedule looks like. Dierks Bentley and Kix Brooks play Friday, Aug. 3, along with Dwight Yoakam, Johnny Reid, Steve Holy and The Lost Trailers.

Saturday, Aug. 4 includes sets from Miranda Lambert and Sara Evans in addition to Tracy Lawrence, Uncle Kracker, Thomas Rhett, Johnny Reid and Jon Pardi.
