Pacific, NZ Reggae Acts On Road Trip

McManus Entertainment, which ran the two-day Raggamuffin festival in January with international acts Ali Campbell, Sly & Robbie, Billy Ocean and Arrested Development, is doing Raggamuffin Roadtrip.

However, this has a more pacifica theme.

Performing in five cities May 31 to June 4 are Polynesia’s George “FIJI” Veikoso who brought “island music” to the mainstream, Samoan-born California-based J Boog, Hawaiian band Hot Rain, Brooklyn-born Peetah Morgan, U.S.-based YouTube-propelled island hip-hopper Spawnbreezie, and New Zealand’s Soljah and Sons of Zion.
