Jay-Z Reveals ‘Budweiser Made In America’
Although no lineup has been released, Jay-Z will curate the festival as well as headline the event planned for Sept. 1-2 at Philly’s Fairmont Park where nearly 30 artists will perform on three stages. Artists appearing at “Budweiser Made In America” will be announced May 21.
“This Labor Day, we will not only make history but we’re benefiting a great organization,” Jay-Z said in a statement. “’Budweiser Made In America’ will encompass every genre of music, creating and showcasing the only genre that matters, ‘great music.’ Budweiser and Live Nation are going to produce an amazing two days of performances, and it’s great to partner with United Way again to support all of the positive work they do in the community.”
To build anticipation for the festival, the “King Of Beers” will hold a series of music parties in cities for which it will invite fans via its Facebook page to participate.
Tickets go on sale May 23 but Budweiser Facebook fans can get in on a presale beginning May 22. For more information, click here for the “Budweiser Made In America” website and here for the Budwesier Facebook page.
