Michael Chugg told Pollstar that four stadium dates would see the act play to 200,000.

The initial announcement sees Coldplay land at Mt. Smart Stadium in Auckland Nov. 10, Etihad Stadium in Melbourne Nov. 13, Sydney Football Stadium Nov. 17 and Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane Nov. 21.

The current Coldplay album, Mylo Xyloto, went double platinum downunder, while new single “Princess of China” was the most added track to radio.

Opening for Coldplay is Australia’s Temper Trap and U.S. sister act The Pierces, whose You & I album was co-produced by Coldplay member Guy Berryman.
