James Ford Jr. accuses Insane Clown Posse, the duo’s record label, the organizers of the festival, Faygo Beverages and others of negligence in connection with an event Juggalos like to call the “Faygo Armageddon.”

But just what, exactly, is the Faygo Armageddon?

The event is apparently a common feature of ICP’s performance, during which fans are asked to come onstage to assist the group in throwing bottles of Faygo soda out into the crowd.

Ford Jr.’s suit notes he was allowed to go onstage with 60 to 75 other audience members to participate in the segment.

But while onstage, he tripped and fell onto a piece of sheet metal attached to a modified trampoline, “with great force and violence that caused his leg to sustain serious and permanent injury.”

ICP “owed a duty of ordinary and reasonable care to those audience members allowed to gain entrance onto the stage during the concert performance as to prevent them from being injured,” the suit says, adding the group was “negligent in allowing the trampolines to remain on stage.”

Ford Jr. claims he continues to incur medical expenses for his injuries and seeks $75,000, plus attorneys’ fees.
