Pearl Jam Tops Jay-Z’s ‘Made In America’ Lineup

Jay-Z has picked Pearl Jam to help him headline the “Budweiser Made In America” festival. The two-day event curated by the rapper has also booked Skrillex, Miike Snow and Afrojack.

The festival takes place over Labor Day weekend Sept. 1-2 at Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

The first phase of the lineup includes Maybach Music (featuring Rick Ross, Wale and Meek Mill), Odd Future, Calvin Harris, D’Angelo, Passion Pit, Santigold, Dirty Projectors, X, Janelle Monae, Prince Royce, Rita Ora, Savoy (DJ set) and The Knocks.

More acts will be revealed at a later date for a total of 28 artists performing on three stages Saturday and Sunday.

Proceeds from Made In America benefit United Ways in greater Philadelphia, southern New Jersey and Lancaster County, Pa.

A presale for Budweiser Facebook fans began this morning. Two-day passes go on sale to the general public Wednesday, May 23 at 10 a.m. A limited number of passes will be priced at $99 (plus service charges).
