Called “Gentlemen Of the Road Stopovers,” the shows are described as combining “the intimacy of a community celebration with the excitement of a world-class music festival. That means a musical lineup curated by Mumford & Sons along with vendors, merch and a series of events unique to each concert site and featuring local businesses, venues and residents. Be sure to look for after-show parties held in local bars after the main event.
Here’s the plan with Mumford & Sons headlining every date.
Aug. 11 – Bristol, Tenn., off State Street (downtown); Dawes, Jeff The Brotherhood, The Very Best, Justin Townes Earle, Apache Relay, Simone Felice, and Haim
Aug. 18 – Dixon, Ill., Page Park; Gogol Bordello, Dawes, Abigail Washburn, The Very Best, Apache Relay, and Haim
Tickets are priced at $69 with no additional fees or hidden charges. Portland, Bristol and Monterey go on sale June 1; Dixon June 9. Move on this early and you just might snag $59 early-bird tickets available in limited quantities and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit GentlemenOfTheRoad.com for more information.
