Anthrax, Testament, To Thrash Canada
The new dates represent the third leg of the tour that began last fall, marking the first time Anthrax and Testament have shared a stage in more than a decade.
For Anthrax, the new gigs mean more chances for the band to show off its latest album, Worship Music, the first effort featuring frontman Joey Belladonna in 20 years.
Testament is also supporting new product. Dark Roots Of Earth drops July 31 and will also be released in a special package that includes a DVD and bonus tracks.
Along with the new Canada run, the tour has announced a few additional U.S. stops, scheduling shows in California, Oregon and Washington. There are also a couple of new U.S. listings following the Canada thrash-a-thon, with the tour playing Maine and New Jersey.
