CAA Nashville Moves

Creative Artists Agency celebrated the opening of its new Nashville headquarters June 4. The new office is 23,000 square feet in the SunTrust Building, next door to the Ryman Auditorium.

As part of the celebration CAA will spend the evening opening the office for guests at its 20th annual summer BBQ benefiting The PENCIL Foundation, a local organization connecting community and business leaders with Metro Nashville Public Schools.

The office is populated by John Huie, Rod Essig, Scott Clayton, Marc Dennis and Darin Murphy. Ron Baird established the Nashville office out of his home in 1991, marking the agency’s first office outside of its Los Angeles headquarters. CAA has been operating out of the its current office for 19 years.

“Ron, John and Rod have built an incredible team that has developed the business into a highly successful and well-respected force within the community,” CAA music chief Rob Light said. “Providing ever more resources and opportunities for our clients is the cornerstone of our business, and with our growth, we have been able to do just that.”
