Life is good for The Walkmen. The band’s intimate show in NYC scheduled for June 6 at the Bowery Ballroom to celebrate the release of their new album, Heaven (on Fat Possum Records), sold out within minutes. Fans who missed out on the ticket frenzy can watch the group live via a stream provided by Spotify and filmed by “Take Away Show” creators La Blogotheque.

You can also catch the band when they appear on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” June 5.

After July dates with Florence & The Machine and after playing Montreal’s Osheaga Festival Aug. 3, Lollapalooza in Chicago Aug. 5 and San Francisco’s Outside Lands sometime during that festival’s Aug. 10-12 run, The Walkmen launch their fall tour in Los Angeles at the Anson Ford Amphitheater Sept. 12. Other destinations include San Diego (Sept. 14), Dallas (Sept. 19), New Orleans (Sept. 22), Pittsburgh (Sept. 30), New York City (Oct. 18) and Boston (Oct. 19).
