Hollywood Palladium For Sale

The Hollywood Palladium, leased by Live Nation, is reportedly looking for a new owner to the tune of $60 million.

The building, which reopened as a music venue in 2008, is owned by LSREF 2 Clover Property 4 and is expected to go on the market June 11, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

There are apparently no takers yet, but the steep price tag includes the 90,000-square-foot parking lot that could potentially be the foundation for a hotel or other amenity.
