The Head And The Heart In The Fall

The Head and the Heart have announced a fall tour, telling fans this will be the last chance to see the indie folk rock band before they take a break to work on their second full-length album.

The six-member group initially self-released its debut in June 2010 and then remastered the album, re-recorded a track and added another live favorite to the self-titled re-release through Sub Pop in April 2011.

Blitzen Trapper, Bryan John Appleby and Curtains For You provide support on select dates.
