Additional Conor Oberst Gigs

Conor Oberst has scheduled a few more solo shows between September and Decemeber, as well as two more appearance for his punk rock/post-hardcore band Desaparecidos.

Oberst, best known as the frontman for indie rock band Bright Eyes, will be on the road on his own in July, followed by gigs with Desaparecidos in August.

Marking the band’s first tour since breaking up in 2002, the Desaparecidos’ summer plans now include an Aug. 28 gig in Chico, Calif., at the Senator Theatre, as well as a Sept. 2 set at FYF Festival at Los Angeles State Historic Park.

Tickets for Chico and FYF Fest go on sale to the general public Friday, June 22.

Sept. 23 – Madison, Wis., Capitol Theatre    
Sept. 25 – Austin, Texas, Bass Concert Hall    
Nov. 18 – Philadelphia, Pa., Verizon Hall at Kimmel Center    
Dec. 6 – Boston, Mass., Tremont Temple

A presale for Philadelphia is ongoing now. Presales for Madison and Austin begin Thursday, June 21.

Tickets go on sale to the general public for Madison, Philadelphia and Boston Friday, June 22. Austin’s public onsale is Saturday, June 23.
