The Palace Club For Sale

After Sydney’s The Basement and Brisbane’s The Tivoli were put on the market, more live music venues are now for sale.

The building hosting the Palace nightclub in Melbourne is being advertised for A$15 million. It has been in the control of receivers since the building owner Jerry Pilarinos’ company Kefi Nominees went into administration in February.

The club advised Pollstar that it “will be working towards a lease extension with the new building owners if a sale eventuates.”

Two Adelaide venues which showcase live music, The Dublin and The Holdfast, are also to be sold after their owner went into receivership.
