A computer demonstration shows how a unique 3-D light, sound and video display designed by Canada’s Moment Factory will turn the façade of Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J., into an ever-changing work of art.

The show, created by Montreal-based Moment Factory, includes video mapping consistent with the historical building, constructed in 1929. Twelve video projectors placed around the area’s Kennedy Plaza will beam the light and video onto the façade of the venue.

The unique display will run twice hourly and be a year-round attraction.

The project is backed by the Atlantic City Alliance, a casino-sponsored marketing coalition, that will cover most of the cost of the multimillion-dollar show from its annual budget over the next five years. The state’s Casino Reinvestment Development Authority will also contribute about $2 million to the project.

Moment Factory has designed multimedia sound and light shows around the world as well as for the Super Bowl, Celine Dion’s Las Vegas show, Cirque du Soleil, Disney, Microsoft, Madonna, Jay-Z, Arcade Fire and many others.
