Missoula Fire Chief Jason Diehl says the fall was reported at 9:43 p.m. Wednesday and the man was conscious when emergency crews arrived. Diehl says there was no indication the balcony was damaged.

Wilma co-owner Justin Metcalf told the Missoulian the man fell while attempting a handstand on the balcony railing. The man was taken to St. Patrick Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Missoula Police Detective Bob Bouchee said Thursday the situation was handled by Wilma security and no incident report was filed.
