It’s time to grade the first six months of concert year 2012.

Is this the best year for concerts … ever? Were you overwhelmed by so many acts coming to your town that you felt you were literally drowning in choices? Does 2012 seem like a concert fan’s dream come true?

Or is this the worst year for concerts that you’ve ever experienced? Are you constantly getting crappy seats, poor sightlines and lousy sound? Do you come out of shows feeling that you’d have been better off staying at home watching “Partridge Family” reruns?

Now is the time to grade the first six months of concert year 2012. Think about all the shows you’ve seen since Jan. 1 and then check off the grade that best applies.
