Minus The Bear Book ‘Infinity’ Shows

Minus the Bear has nearly 50 U.S. dates to do this fall in support of its brand new album. The indie rockers are bringing along Cursive on the trek. 

Fans can place pre-orders now for Minus the Bear’s fifth full-length album, due out Aug. 28 on Dangerbird Records. Infinity Overhead is the follow-up to 2010’s Omni.

Next month Minus the Bear plays Pukkelpop Festival in Hasselt, Belgium, Aug. 16 followed an Aug. 17 gig in London.

The fall tour begins Sept. 10 in Boise, Idaho, and wraps up in the band’s hometown in Seattle Nov. 17. Cursive joins the tour Sept. 13. After that Cursive appears on all dates, with the exception of Riot Fest in Chicago Sept. 15. 

“We first played together about 8 years ago and have stayed friends ever since,” Cursive said in a statement. “This will be a fun tour for us and one we have talked about for years and stoked to finally see it happen. Yay!”

Select shows are on sale now. Presales begin July 19 and general onsales launch July 20.
