Flo Rida Sued Over Canceled Concerts

Flo Rida will face off in a Florida court with a promoter who claims the rapper pulled the plug on a Canadian tour at the last minute last summer.

Spin Artist Agency’s suit alleges Flo Rida was contracted to perform 10 shows from July 3-12 last year but “wrongfully canceled the tour” just a day before he was slated to play, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The suit brings forth charges of breach of contract, TMZ says, and the company seeks damages of at least $200,000 on alleged losses on ticket, concession and beverage sales.
