Drugs and alcohol were related to the deaths, police told the Boston Globe. The deceased were men ages 19 and 20.

The 19 hospitalizations were drug related as well, police said, with the arrests coming on various drug charges as well as for minors possessing alcohol, disorderly conduct, fake I.D.s and one for domestic assault and battery.
