Alaska Man Arrested During Benefit

An Anchorage, Alaska, man was arrested Aug. 4 for allegedly threatening to shoot people during a benefit concert by metal band 36 Crazyfists.

Alaska State Troopers responded to a call from the Aleyska Resort in Gridwood, Alaska, at 9:12 p.m. Troopers arrested Ryan Suchan, 26, for allegedly threatening to shoot a concertgoer and four security guards escorting him off the premises.

Officials said a handgun was recovered and alcohol may have been a factor. Suchan was jailed on charges of assault and terroristic threats.
