George Jones Talks Final Tour
Arguably country music’s greatest living artist, George Jones says he will do one more tour. Although he still has shows scheduled for this year, including stops in Indiana, Georgia, Missouri and Tennessee, it looks as if time is running out for fans to experience a true legend.

With dates yet to be announced, Jones has dubbed his final outing “The Grand Tour.”
An announcement on his official website says the 80-year-old Jones wants to spend more time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
“It is tough to stop doing what I love, but the time has come,” Jones said.
Expect about 60 cities on “The Grand Tour.” Along with his swan song, Jones plans to release an album featuring songs written by Dolly Parton. For more information, visit GeorgeJones.com.
