Times Forum Prepares For RNC

Tampa Bay Times Forum in Florida is getting ready for its close-up as host of the Republican National Conventional Aug. 27-30.

Upgrades at the facility include improved sound quality by placing acoustic blankets all along the ceiling.

Forum tenant Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team and the RNC have also pitched in to buy two additional megawatts of electrical capacity.
