But free admission to a night of laughs, chuckles and guffaws isn’t limited to Laugh Factory’s Chicago location. The humor franchise founded by Jamie Masada will offer members of the armed forces free entry at all of its locations – Los Angeles, Long Beach, Calif., and Las Vegas – as well as Chicago.

The Laugh Factory’s ambitious project to give a free laugh to every member of the military begins with a special launch event scheduled Aug. 29 at Laugh Factory Chicago and hosted by Windy City native / military vet Tom Dreesen.

“The Laugh Factory has always believed in the healing power of laughter and certainly it should be shared with these brave soldiers,” Masada said. “What better way to officially open our club in the great city of Chicago then to offer evenings of laughter to soldiers throughout the country?”
