Iglesias/Lopez Tour Cancellation

Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez are ending their co-headline tour a day early now that one of their shows in Florida has been called off.

The canceled gig was scheduled Sunday, Sept. 2 at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. A statement on the venue’s website says the show is canceled “due to logistical issues.” Amway Center notes that promoter AEG Live didn’t provide any other additional details. Refunds are available at point of purchase.

The tour will now wrap up this weekend with two nights in Miami at the AmericanAirlines Arena Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. The North American excursion began July 14 with two nights in Montreal.

After the tour was first announced, tickers were selling so well that second shows were added in select markets (such as Miami and Montreal) as well as gigs in additional cities not included in the original routing.

Frankie J joined the tour as support after Wisin & Yandel backed out because of “unresolvable production issues.”

Once the co-headline tour ends, Lopez will return to the road in October for more “Dance Again World Tour” dates. Gigs are scheduled in Europe and Australia, as well as United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.

Iglesias will be at the “iHeartRadio Music Festival” in Las Vegas Sept. 22.
