Indictment In Bi-Lo Baby Case

A woman who allegedly give birth to and abandoned a baby boy in a Bi-Lo Center toilet has been indicted in the case a year and a half after her arrest.

Prosecutors say the Greenville County, S.C., grand jury indicted Jessica Blackham on charges of unlawful conduct toward a child and infliction of great bodily injury to a child.

She was arrested in February 2011 after the newborn was found up to his neck in toilet water inside the arena.

Two Bi-Lo Center workers found the baby, who survived and was placed in foster care.
