Parent Settles With All Good Driver

Kim Miller, the father of a South Carolina woman killed by an out-of-control truck at last year’s All Good Music Festival in Masontown, W.Va., has settled with driver Clay Lewin of Cape Charles, Va.

Miller is compensated $300,000 for daughter Nicole while two friends who survived would get $100,000 each.

Miller’s latest motion says he’s since reached tentative agreements with Maryland-based Walther Productions, Marvin’s Mountaintop campground and promoters Junipa Contento and James Tobin.

His complaint against several parking and security companies remains active.
