Presented by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and Case Western Reserve University, the concert is part of “Roll Over Beethoven: The Life and Music of Chuck Berry,” a weeklong celebration of the guitarist who embodied early rock ’n’ roll with hits like “Johnny B Goode” and “Maybellene.”

Back to the big shew… Scheduled for Oct. 27 at PlayhouseSquare’s State Theatre, the lineup features Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Isley and McDaniels along with Joe Bonamassa, Rosie Flores, Oklahoma’s John Fullbright, New York Dolls’ David Johansen, JD McPherson, Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister, Bucky Pizzarelli, Duke Robillard, Earl Slick and M. Ward. Expect more artists to be announced.

Of course, the evening’s biggest star, Chuck Berry, will also be there. The legendary musician will appear to accept the American Music Masters award and will also perform.
