President Barack Obama will be having dinner with a few close friends after taking in a concert at Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live Oct. 7.
Of course, this being an election year, the close friends are big-ticket campaign donors and the “30 Days To Victory” concert will rake in more greenbacks for Obama’s final election push.
The bash will be hosted by Jeffrey Katzenberg, with a possible Harvey Weinstein appearance. The concert lineup so far includes Katy Perry and Earth Wind and Fire, according to Deadline Hollywood. More A-list talent is expected to be announced, and Obama and San Antonio, Texas, Mayor Julian Castro will speak.
After the gig, Obama will dine with his biggest supporters at The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at L.A. Live.
Tickets for the concert are reportedly still available at the $250, $1,000 and $2,500 levels although those at $100 and $44 – Obama is the 44th U.S. President – have already gone clean.
For $10,000, donors can get a grip-and-grin with Obama and other VIP amenities, according to Deadline Hollywood.
