Containing 321 chapters from the Bible, “The Story” came into this world when authors Randy Frazee and Max Lucado partnered with Christian media company Zondervan to create a seamless work covering the Bible from start to finish. Although the tour focuses on the songs from “The Story,” the authors wrote several new books in conjunction with the piece.

There’s also a two-CD package – (Music Inspired By)The Story featuring 18 songs and an artist lineup including Amy Grant, Brandon Heath, Mac Powell, Chris Tomlin, Francesca Battistelli, Bart Millard, Natalie Grant and Mandisa. In all, 24 artists are on the CDs.

With “The Story” tour also featuring Matthew West, Nichole Nordeman, Selah, Rawsrvnt and pastor/author Randy Frazee, the tour launches in Louisville Nov. 23 and includes Sioux Falls, Tampa, Saint Paul, Dallas and San Antonio on the routing. Accompanied by a choir and full orchestra, along with selections from “The Story,” the artists will perform a few Christmas songs as well.
