Slash Postpones Tonight’s Show

Slash’s Los Angeles gig featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators is no longer happening tonight because vocalist Kennedy is too sick to sing. The good news is a new rescheduled date has already been announced.

The show, which would have wrapped up Slash’s North American tour before he heads to Europe, will now take place Dec. 2 at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Fans can either hold onto their tickets for the rescheduled show or receive a refund at point of purchase.

“We want to be 100% for this gig and we’re just not at this moment,” says Slash. “We’ll be back December 2nd in fighting form. See you then!”

Kennedy sent in a statement too.

“My apologies to everyone who was planning on coming out to the show tonight. I promise to make it up to you when we return in a few months.”

The European tour begins Oct. 7 in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and runs through Oct. 26, including stops in Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and Italy.

After that Slash takes on South America with shows in Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Venezuela Nov. 2-21, followed by three nights in Mexico Nov. 24-25 & Nov. 27.
