Trapt ‘Reborn’ On Tour
The rockers’ fifth studio album, Reborn, is due out Nov. 20 via Epochal Artist Records.
“This record is really a new sound for Trapt,” vocalist/songwriter Chris Taylor Brown said. “With Reborn we really wanted to use new sounds and textures as well as experiment with delays, reverbs, synths and many other techniques we have learned over the years or have heard in our influences. Lyrically, this album is as deep and thoughtful as any album that Trapt has done in the past.”
Fans will get the choice between a standard version of the album and a deluxe edition featuring five acoustic songs from Reborn in addition to the never before released fan-favorite track “Avelyn.”
Brown produced the album and Matt Thorn, who has worked with Eels, The Donnas and Bonnie McKee.
The tour starts Oct. 24 in Las Vegas and ends back in Nevada with a Nov. 30 Reno gig.
