X For The Holidays

The iconic Los Angeles punk band announces its yearly holiday run on the West Coast following an East Coast November run with Reverend Horton Heat. Touring with The Father Figures and Scorpion vs. Tarantula, the seasonal journey begins in Arizona Dec. 15.

There are plenty of chances to see the “X-35: 35th Anniversary Tour” before year’s end. Featuring its original lineup of John Doe, Exene Cervenka, Billy Zoom and D.J. Bonebrake, X will play the Fun, Fun, Fun Fest in Austin, Texas, Nov. 2 followed by a gig at Dallas’ Granada Theater Nov. 3.

Traveling with the good Rev. Horton Heat, X will cover the East Coast beginning with two nights at New York City’s Irving Plaza Nov. 30-Dec. 1. Other stops on the Atlantic side of the country include Boston; Washington, D.C.; Baltimore; Philadelphia and Sayerville, N.J.

The holiday shows stretch from Phoenix to San Francisco. Here’s the schedule:

Dec. 21 – Los Angeles, Calif., The Fonda
Dec. 22 – San Juan Capistrano, Calif., The Coach House
Dec. 26 – Bakersfield, Calif., Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace

Dec. 28 – San Francisco, Calif., Slim’s
Dec. 29 – San Francisco, Calif., Slim’s
