Kevin Morrow has stepped down as Live Nation’s senior VP of touring to form Steel Wool Entertainment & Media with Kevin Welk, president of Welk Music Group.

The company will focus on creating strategic alliances with artists and content owners starting with emerging rap/hip hop artist George Watsky.

Steel Wool Entertainment & Media will operate out of the Welk Music Group’s Los Angeles office starting Oct. 22.
