Delta Goodrem In Hot Water

Delta Goodrem had to stop a show in Sydney, Australia, mid-show when pain from burns on her legs became too much.

The 27-year-old multi-platinum singer, while preparing for the Nov. 2 show at the Sydney State Theatre, scalded herself with a humidifier.

Fans reported that she was crying from the opener.

After six songs, she announced, “I’m really sorry, I can’t do this, I feel like I’m going to faint.”

Promoter Paul Dainty announced a 50 percent refund, adding, “Delta showed incredible courage and dedication to her fans by soldiering on through the pain and dizziness to perform a brilliant first hour of her show to a full house.”
