Juanes Books First Leg Of U.S. Tour

Juanes is starting to make plans for 2013, starting with the first round of U.S. and Canadian dates for his “Loud & Unplugged Tour,” coming to intimate theatres beginning in late May. More than a dozen additional gigs are expected to be announced soon.

The Colombian musician has a busy week ahead of him. On Thursday, Nov. 15, he’ll perform at the Latin Grammy Awards, which take place at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center and will be broadcast live on Univision. Juanes’ live album, Juanes: MTV Unplugged, is up for album of the year, record of the year, song of the year and best long form music video. Juan Luis Guerra also earned a nod for producing the album.

On Friday, Nov. 16, you can find Juanes at Austin Fan Fest at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater. Fans who can’t make it to Texas can tune in to SiriusXM to hear the concert live on “Caliente channel 150” or “La Kueva channel 540.”
