Celebrating its 15th year, the 2013 version of Ultra will take over Miami’s Bayfront Park for not one, but two weekends – March 15-17 and March 22-24. Swedish House Mafia will play Ultra’s March 15 opening as well as the festival’s last day on March 24.

Swedish House Mafia is the festival’s first lineup announcement.

“Ultra was the first place we really built a show for a main stage,” the band members said in a statement. “We filmed the whole thing and we played ‘One’ for the first time on that stage. It was a moment we would never forget and became the closing scene in our film, ‘Take On.’

“The energy of the crowd was unbelievable and the fact that it’s part of Miami Music Week where so much new music is born made it even more special. It just felt right that we finished where so much was started and we’re honored to open and close the festival.”
