MASSV Fan Charged
An Idaho man was charged with disorderly conduct last month after falling from a building, landing on an off-duty sheriff’s deputy and fracturing the officer’s neck in downtown Ketchum during the city’s MASSV music event.
The man pleaded not guilty last month and the case remained sealed until Nov. 15.
Sgt. Corey Weatherly was injured July 15 when police say Austin Cruz fell and landed on him. Sheriff Gene Ramsey said Weatherly has undergone two operations and remains on medical leave.
