Foxwoods Theatre For Sale

Foxwoods Theatre, the Broadway property owned by Live Nation that is currently home to “Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark,” is up for sale.

Real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle Americas is working with Live Nation to sell the four-story theatre, located in New York’s Times Square, according to Playbill.

A sale is not expected to disrupt the now-successful “Spider-Man,” which is “expected to continue its robust performances for many years to come,” the firm is quoted as saying.
