Epic Buys Candler Building

Live Nation’s New York City home has changed ownership.

The company leases the Candler Tower, which houses 228,000 square feet of office space.

Paramount Group bought the 24-story Times Square building in 2006 for $208 million, according to Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and it has been sold to Epic LLC for $200 million, according to Therealdeal.com.
