Jewel’s ‘Greatest Hits’ Adventure

The title says it all as Jewel announces her upcoming tour featuring her best-selling songs.  Playing theatres, the singer/songwriter and her fabulous catalog begin the trek in New Jersey in early March.  Destinations include Atlantic City, Boston, D.C., and Detroit.

Of course, a “Greatest Hits” tour means the artist is about to release an album featuring her famous songs.  Jewel’s Greatest Hits drops Feb. 5 on Rhino, and includes a newly recorded version of  “Foolish Games” with Kelly Clarkson and a rendition of “You Were Meant For Me” recorded with the Pistol Annies.

Back to the tour, beginning March 7 in Englewood, N.J.  Here’s the plan:

March 19 – Washington, D.C., Lisner Auditorium
March 20 – Greensburg, Pa., Palace Theatre
March 22 – Verona, N.Y., Event Center At Turning Stone Casino Resort
March 23 – Lakewood, Ohio, Lakewood Civic Auditorium
March 24 – Detroit, Mich., Sound Board @ MotorCity Casino Hotel
